USA Bassin’
Website design for USA Bassin’, a national amateur bass fishing tournament trail, organized around three audiences: anglers finding events, prospective members and clubs, and sponsors.

Overview
USA Bassin’ runs a national amateur bass fishing tournament trail. Competitive anglers, local clubs, sponsors, and event organizers all rely on its website, each for different reasons. Aether Creative Studio designed a new website for the organization, working from a simple premise: the site should be organized around the people who use it.
Challenge
A national tournament organization carries real operational detail. Event schedules, membership, registration, sponsor relationships, and club-level coordination all need a clear place online.
The existing site wasn’t keeping pace. It didn’t clearly say what the organization offered, who it was for, or how to get involved. An angler arriving for the first time had no obvious path to a local tournament, and a prospective sponsor had to dig to understand the opportunity. The problem was structural rather than aesthetic.
Approach
The work began with audiences rather than visuals. Before any design decisions were made, the project mapped who visits the site and what each visitor needs to accomplish. Three groups shaped the structure:
- Competitive anglers looking for tournament schedules and registration
- Prospective members and clubs deciding whether to join
- Sponsors assessing the organization’s reach and value
Each group arrives with a different goal, so each needed its own clear route through the site.
The design
The navigation and page structure follow those three paths. Tournament listings, membership benefits, and sponsor opportunities sit where each audience would expect to find them, rather than competing for attention on a single page.
Visually, the design carries the energy of the sport while keeping the clarity expected of a national organization.
Outcome
The design gives USA Bassin’ a clearer, more credible presentation of what it does. Tournament information, membership, and sponsorship each have a defined place, so a first-time visitor can understand the organization and find their next step quickly.
The structure also gives the organization a foundation to build on as its events, membership, and sponsor relationships grow.
